We discovered Magic of the Moon on our very first trip to Cabo 10 years ago (you can read about it here). My first impression came while I was peering through a window and tugging at my husband's arm - "look, look, at that dress!" Well, he's into clothes too (and loves to buy them for ME!), so I got to spend an abnormal amount of time trying on all kinds of creations.

Leaving Magic of The Moon with fabulous, exotic clothes felt like the beginning of our vacation.

Custom Designed and Fitted
You can buy the clothes right off the rack when you're in Cabo San Lucas (see the map). But even better, you can have items custom made for your very own body - anything from extra small to 4X and have it ready to wear in just 3 days! Really!

You can also choose fabrics that you see, or you can pick from a selection of over 600 beautiful imported fabrics. All the fabrics are pre-washed and can be washed by hand and hung up to dry.

Handmade in Cabo San Lucas
These beautiful clothes are handmade and designed right in Cabo San Lucas by the lovely Pepita who is truly an artist.

Pepita and her husband moved from California

to Cabo San Lucas in the Spring of 1991.

Pepita's first design was the Cha Cha blouse and a flowing skirt to match. Their popularity encouraged her to try a dress and...you know the rest of the story - just look to the left.

Pepita coined the slogan "We make clothes the old fashioned way - one at a time."

How it Works
As I said above, this is not a click and order catalog. When you order, you will be engaging in a (very enjoyable) process as you work with Pepita to create the item you want.

She will need to know your sizes and measurements, and the more information you give her the easier it is for her to fit you perfectly.

Here's the Process

*Fill out a Request a Quote form with as much detail as possible.

*When Pepita receives your information, she will contact you and begin an email dialogue with you to choose a fabric.

*The two of you will finalize the design.

*Pepita will email you payment and delivery information.

*Once your order is complete, your package will be shipped from California unless you will be picking it up or having it delivered to your hotel.

How to Order
TIPS:
Many of the items on the left have the same name, but are done in different fabrics. You will identify a fabric on the Request For Quote form.

To describe a fabric, you can click on the pictures for a bigger, better look.

If you have a question before ordering, please ask it here. You'll get a prompt response.
